BioWare has corrected an error-riddled IGN preview of Dragon Age 2, explaining that there are more than three dialogue choices per conversation.

"I'm not really sure where the 'there are only three options for dialogue' impression they got came from," wrote Mike Laidlaw, lead DA2 designer, on the BioWare forum.

"Perhaps it was when I showed one half of the dialogue wheel with three options which, you know, leaves another half open for, you know, other options."

"Also probably worth noting that we're not locked into specific icons per place in the wheel. Oh no. We have much more flexibility than that. We're like gymnasts."

BioWare developer Craig Graff added that there are up to five "choice" options and five "investigate" options "per dialogue node". He explained that there was a difference between choices when you're deciding something and choices when you want to express yourself.

"I imagine that's the only dialogue he saw?" chipped-in lead writer David Gaider. "The demo is pretty action-packed and there's only the one conversation which, yes, has three options in it. As has been said elsewhere in this thread, however, that's not all we're limited to.

"The personality options (which the article mis-characterises, I'm afraid - they may have been more his impression of the lines he saw rather than our explanation of them) have a bit more complexity as to what they affect. That's probably part of a larger conversation, however, so we'll talk about it at length later."

IGN originally reported that Dragon Age 2 conversations were restricted to three dialogue choices and each of those were signposted by a good, evil or "badass" icon.

Bungie has explained what it was on about when it said the new Xbox 360 bundle for Halo: Reach would have "custom sound effects from the Halo universe".

Speaking at Comic-Con, the developer said that when you hit the on/off button you hear the Invisibility power-up sound effect, rather than the chime that plays when the new console's capacitive button currently senses your oily fingertip.

What's more, when you eject the disc tray it plays the noise you hear when the Spartan's shield armour charges.

Needless to say, this is the coolest thing in the history of things, and clearly justifies the £249 / $399 you're expected to pay. Probably.

Bungie has an unboxing video on its website that sadly doesn't include the sound effects, but does show off the game's Limited and Legendary editions. The latter includes a model of the Noble Team in happier times.

Halo: Reach is due out on 14th September.

A 'mildly suggestive' game in which lovely ladies massage other lovely ladies is making its way to WiiWare.

Enjoy Your Massage! (the exclamation mark is VITAL) is the creation of naughty Italian scamps Microforum Ltd - and focuses on your personal journey as you are hired as an apprentice at Giselle's beauty farm.

Yes, that's right. A beauty farm. Where they raise and milk beauty - and where beauty lays eggs.

Not really, it's more like a spa. Our beauty farm would be very different. And would probably be run by Old McBeauty.

Anyway, back to the game. Some of Giselle's staff are a bit inappropriately dressed for greasy hand work, as, indeed, are the clientèle.

The screenshots here portray the worst of 'em - including stocking-clad Layla (who's 'always looking for a relaxing massage before a concert') and Sarah ('a beautiful and successful golfer'). She's a bit like Colin Montgomorie in that respect.

The 'mildly suggestive' line comes from the ESRB trailer, which you can see below.

We're not sure what they mean. It's all good, wholesome fun, right readers?

Tetsuya Mizuguchi has remained noncommittal on Move and 3D support for his upcoming music shooter, Child of Eden.

When asked about Move support for the game - which was demoed for Microsoft's Kinect at E3 - Mizuguchi-san told CVG: "We can't say anything at this time."

The comment follows word at E3 that the Rez designer doesn't even have a Move dev kit yet and is "undecided" on whether or not to include support for the motion controller.

On 3D Mizuguchi was unfortunately just as mysterious, telling us: "unfortunately we can't comment on that at the moment, either."

One piece of tech the Q Entertainment man is happy to discuss of course is Microsoft's motion tech, which he said is "improving every day" in terms of development tech and software.

Hi @ all readers of my blog and all, who found this on the main page of drunkencoders.com.

Today I released the first demo of Scribble Jump DS.

I wanted to make a DoodleJump (the game for IPodTouch) for DS, but LimaSky forbid that.

So I decided to make my own graphics and sounds.

And here’s the first demo of the game…
