Some new YouTube videos seem to be making such a claim.

This prototype iPhone could be numerous things from a newly redesigned iPhone 4 with an adjusted antenna location (among other possible changes in design) to the rumoured CDMA or LTE iPhone for carriers such as the American giant Verizion. It could also just as well be a huge hoax to gain publicity for the spare parts firm Global Direct Parts who has since posted two videos on the topic. Hard to say at this point but rumours are always interesting to follow, particularly rumours on new hardware. The original video has been taken down but a new one has surfaced pulling apart an iPhone 4 and this so-called iPhone "5" and comparing designs and parts.
