Despite the small audience for mature games on Wii, Sega is taking aim at the console again by publishing a sequel to High Voltage Software's first-person shooter The Conduit.
GoNintendo has news of a story in the upcoming issue of Nintendo Power, which reveals The Conduit 2. Naturally, it's exclusive to Wii with a new story set in the fictional land of Atlantis, multiplayer modes, and weapons.
Split-screen multiplayer is the biggest addition, with both two- and four-player competitive modes offered. A cooperative Invasion mode will apparently let you team up online or via split-screen to tackle original missions.
No release date has been set, but you can anticipate more on The Conduit 2 during E3 in June.
